• All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final product is shipped.
•  Orders are hand-painted and made-to-order, so turnaround times vary. Estimated completion times are provided during order confirmation.
•  Once I start working on the shoe, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after customization has begun.

Since each pair is custom and handmade, I do not offer refunds once work has started. However, I stand by the quality of my work and offer free touch-ups within the first 90 days in case of minor issues such as:

✔ Paint chipping (from normal wear, not intentional damage)

✔ Small cracks in the artwork

✔ Minor fading

📌 Touch-ups do not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper care (e.g., soaking shoes in water, excessive scratching)

• Wear and tear beyond normal use

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Ruccia Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
• Domestic and international shipping options are available. Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.

To ensure longevity of your custom sneakers:

✔ Clean only with a damp cloth – do not submerge in water.

✔ Avoid excessive scratching or rubbing against rough surfaces.

✔ Store in a cool, dry place to maintain color vibrancy.

✔ Do not put in the washer or dryer.

Ruccia Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

• Ruccia Designs reserves the right to refuse any custom request that includes trademarked, copyrighted, or offensive materials.
•  I may take photos of finished designs and use them for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes. If you would like your design to remain private, please request this in writing before placing an order

• Once an order is submitted, any design changes must be requested within 24 hours. After that, changes may not be possible.
• Customers will receive progress updates during the customization process. Prompt responses help ensure timely completion

✔ 3-Week Rush – +$75

✔ 2-Week Rush – +$125

✔ 1-Week Express – +$200

Rush fees are non-refundable and are based on availability.

Ruccia Designs reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

• Copyright & Trademark Restrictions – We will not recreate designs that infringe on trademarked or copyrighted material unless proper authorization is provided.
• Offensive or Inappropriate Content – Any designs that include hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or offensive material will be declined.
• Complexity Beyond Our Scope – If a design request exceeds our capabilities or is impractical for hand-painted customization, we reserve the right to decline the order.
• Failure to Follow Payment Terms – Orders will be declined if the required 50% deposit is not received or if payment policies are not followed.
•  Rude or Disrespectful Behavior – We believe in professionalism and mutual respect. We reserve the right to decline service to customers who are disrespectful or abusive.

💡 If an order is declined, we will notify you and, if applicable, issue a refund for any unprocessed payments.

By placing an order with Ruccia Designs, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page.
